[ARCHIVED] Fallas en la plataforma (Conferencias)

Me gustaría saber si hay alguna forma de saber, si hay alguna situación en la plataforma especialmente en conferencias, debido a que tengo a mis alumnos ya listos para la clases y resulta que no pueden ingresar por que hay alguna falla y les aparece una leyenda que no pueden unirse a las conferencias, inclusive yo como profesor no puedo unirme.

Hello colegiobeaumontsecundaria and @luisilazcano Have either of you checked to see if the problem still exists? It may be unrelated but I noticed at Instructure Status that on June 1st, some users were experiencing page errors for a while but this has been resolved. It might be worth checking again to see if the problem persists. If so, contacting Support may be a good option to see if they can dig into the problem further (see How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?).
