We have a student (the only one that has reported it to me) that cannot put text into a table on Google Slides when used through the Google Apps API inside Canvas. He can go to the slide in his Google Drive and create/complete the tables there, but if he creates a table in the API slide and types inside the table, nothing happens. When the API slide and the same Google Drive file are put up side by side at the same time, typing into the API document does not cause any text to appear in the Drive file. Likewise, when he types in the table on the Drive file, it does not show up in the API page at all. Anyone seen this before? Thanks.
