Hello,

I have a teacher who has received a guest ERNA account to participate in a Canvas course. In this course we have several sections for teachers to graduate from a trajectory. However, everytime to try to add him to the course Canvas states that it cannot find the account. How do I make sure that the teacher is able to participate? I really needs to be done as soon as possible.

Thank you for submitting your question! It is possible that your institution only allows SIS imports to add users to a course or does not have Open Registration enabled, so I recommend reaching out to your university admin. It may also be helpful for you to refer to the blue introduction section of this guide: How do I add users to a course?
