Hi

I am really struggling to access my course materials. Help!!!  This is all very confusing!!!

Help still needed - when I go onto my dashboard - it is empty - no course material, content, assignment information - nothing!!

Hi  @j_dunning .  I'm sorry to hear about the issue.  The options for getting support should be located through the question mark icon in Canvas (see How do I get help with Canvas as a student?).  It appears that there are also help contacts listed for your institution here, Canvas | Before you arrive | Liverpool John Moores University . 

It looks like the same question was posted here, HELP STILL NEEDED.  So you know I am going to lock this thread to prevent multiple threads running at the same time.

I hope Support can help find a quick resolution!
