Having problems getting into Zoom.
1. I DID confirm registration. Even looked back at email and tried it again. Now, it says, "Registration Confirmation failed". I've been able to get into my other classes without a problem.
This is what happens:
Pressed Zoom
Entered password
Get error: Password incorrect. Try again.
Cancel password window.
‘X’ out of my Zoom page.
Takes me back to Canvas Zoom.
Says: If you have Zoom Client installed, launch meeting. Otherwise, download and run Zoom.
Click Launch Meeting.
Cancel out of password window and my Zoom window again.
Canvas Zoom says: If you cannot download or run the application, join from your browser.
Click “join from browser” and “sign in” at the top.
Getting error: us02web.zoom.us refused to connect.
With multiple kids doing online schooling, We double checked that student was in HER accounts for:
Canvas
Google Classroom
Zoom
But, not able to connect.
WHY?!?!?!?!?!
