How can I export Rubrics from one course to another?

I developed rubrics for my 460 class and want to export into my 607 class.  I only want the rubrics for assignments.

When you create a Course Export (How do I export a Canvas course?‌), then import it into your new course, you can select only certain items to be copied.

This can also be done with a Course Copy. Remember to check the box "specific content" here too.
