That's a great question! I think the information that you received from @jcarpenter1 is from the older ePortfolio interface that Canvas has had for quite some time. What you are asking about is the newer Portfolium interface. I logged into my own Portfolium account, and I was able to add my new position to my profile. Then, I tried downloading the "Full Profile" PDF file (I'm guesssing this is what you also tried) which is described in this Guide (looking under the heading "View Profile Header"):

When I downloaded the PDF file, it included the updates that I had just put in. So, I am guessing the same should happen for you...that if you remove information from your Portfolium profile, it should also remove it from the PDF file soon thereafter. One thought I had for you is...have you tried clearing your browser history/cache, completely shutting down your browser, and then re-logging in to Portfolium to see if that might fix the issue?
