How do I insert a photo from my Google Doc to my Canvas Homepage?

I hope you've been able to setup your course home page.  In case you weren't able to, here are a couple links that should help you out.  

First, here's a guide that will help you select your course home page. Selecting a page as your home page will easily allow you to add a picture.How do I use the Course Home Page as an instructor? 

Next, here are directions on how to edit that page.How do I edit a page in a course?  

Taking an image from a google doc can be tricky.  Here are some steps for you.

1.  Right click the image in the google doc.
2. Select "save to keep"
   
3. Your KEEP Notes will open.  From there you can right click on the image and either copy it (to paste) or save it.
