[ARCHIVED] How do I reactivate my Spring 2020 class?

My Spring 2020 class is still incomplete due to Covid-19 changes. It was closed on Canvas on 7/2/2020. I've tried to reopen it and I'm unable to. I've emailed and called IT for assistance but don't expect to hear from them until after the July 4th holiday. I'd like to get this corrected sooner if there is a way that I can fix it.
Any suggestions?

Hi Pat -
User access to courses is determined by term dates established by the Canvas administrator. Asking IT was the correct approach, as instructors can't adjust those dates. I hope you receive a speedy response!
