I am trying to submit two video files for an assignment. They are not submitting no matter how long I wait. What can I do about it. I cannot support it with media, files, or both on a URL as I have tried them already. What can I do to fix it?

Welcome to the Canvas Community.

How large (file size wise) are these videos?  If they are larger than 500MB they will not upload.  If they are smaller than that it may take minutes to an hour or so for them to upload (this depends on the upload speed of your ISP).
