Hi  @sairamesh99  and welcome to the Community!  I would try going to this site, Emeritus – Online Certificate Courses | Diploma Programs , and click on the login button at the top of the page.  It appears as though this takes you to the login screen for these programs in Canvas.  You do need your institutional username and password.  When you log in hopefully you will be taken to a dashboard where you can see and access your course.
