Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here unanswered for such a long time.  I'm not sure that anyone here in the Canvas Community would be able to help with a salesforce account, however.  This doesn't sound like anything related to Canvas.  Have you tried contacting someone at your school to see if they would be able to assist you with this question?
