Is there anywhere we can directly submit input related to this new system?

I strongly dislike this new system compared to the previous one for handfuls of reasons. It has a more modern look, but that comes at the expense of losing the additional productivity provided by the older program due to its simplicity and straight forward layout. 

For each class, I have three tabs open before I start an assignment just so I'm able to work in order without missing something, as opposed to having EVERYTHING I needed for not just the week but all 8 weeks on the left side of my screen.

Hello  @cwatkins7707  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thanks for posting your question.  You've posted your question in the global Canvas Community website, and we may not be able to answer specific questions about your courses...as we only have access to our own school Canvas environments.  Did your school recently change from one LMS (Learning Management System) such as Moodle or Blackboard ... to Canvas?  It's difficult to know exactly what you are referring to because you only mention a "previous" system.  Community members can certainly help answer general questions about Canvas, but if you are looking for specifics about your class(es) or the content within your class(es) in Canvas, those will need to be directed to your instructor.  How do I get help with Canvas as a student?‌
