[ARCHIVED] Issues with Course Codes

Hello Canvas Community, 

I am new to using Canvas and I am having an issue with students being able to join my courses. Anytime they enter the course code it tells them that the code is invalid. I have tried recreating the course with a different code and changing the course code multiple times and nothing seems to work. Has anyone had this problem or anything like it before?

Greetings! I don't use a course code, so I can't be too much help. Yet, if you're sure you're giving them the correct code, then I'd double-check that your course is published and that your start date is set so that the course is open.
