Anyone partnered with Respondus? I'd be interested to know how difficult the installation process is and what the support is like. How do your teachers and students feel about the product.

Hi, we've used Respondus LDB and monitor for several years and our faculty are very happy. The Canvas integration was relatively simple, there is a slight learning curve for faculty to configure their tests, and sometimes students with older computers have trouble installing, but overall we've had a very good experience. Their support team has helped us figure out some challenging issues early on, and are generally pretty responsive.

For us, this has been a great solution for the cost.
