My students are using school-issued chromebooks to access Canvas and a test I've created requiring the lockdown browser. The browser has previously been downloaded and installed on these devices but they students keep getting a message that they need to install it. When they click the link to install, it tells them it is already installed. There are no other buttons for them to press except to install the browser. Pictures are attached of what they are seeing.

First, the students will want to check the Chrome extensions and make sure that the LockDown Browser extension is enabled.
Second, they may need to clear the Chrome cache.
Respondus has an article about troubleshooting the problem at https://support.respondus.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409604364699-Canvas-Respondus-LockDown-Browser-Requ...
