[ARCHIVED] Logging into my Free-for-Teacher account

Hello,

When I log into my free teacher account at https://canvas.instructure.com/login/canvas, I am directed to my institution's account. The goal is to edit my course pages in the free teacher account. Once I like the revisions, then export these changed pages to my institution account.

How do I access my free teacher account? Where is my misstep?

Does your school run its own Canvas server?

https://canvas.instructure.com is the Free for Teacher Canvas server, so any accounts and courses on  that server are "free for teacher" accounts and courses, even if you are logging in with your institution email address.
