[ARCHIVED] Microsoft Cloudassignment problems

Hi for the last few weeks many of our users are experiencing problems with Microsoft Cloudassignment. We use, and have been using, Cloudassignments a lot so this is quite disturbing for us. Some users are suddenly unable to open the assignment both in the Canvas structure and when they try to open in a new tab. The Word logo is appearing and nothing happens. The issue is occurring both on pc and Chromebooks 


The support team are working (slowly) on this and I am wondering if anyone else have noticed the same when using Microsoft Cloudassigment? If the user afterwards goes into Word Online he can open the document there so the fault must be in Canvas or the integration itself.
