Hey,

It's possible to change the icon for the Canvas app through the theme editor. The icon is used in the app launcher in android and ios. We have done this but nothing has changed on my home screen. When does the icon update? Do I need to reinstall the app?

Hi,  @tobe_baeyens ‌, I asked  @rseilham ‌, Canvas Coach and mobile guru extraordinare, about this, and this is his response:

The icon for the iOS and Android “app” can’t be changed. The setting in the theme editor is for "Mobile Homescreen Icon” which allows you to change the icon users see if they save a shortcut of the “mobile web” to their homescreen. This is completely separate from the native Canvas app.

Can you explain more what the "mobile web" is?  I just saved the shortcut link to the webpage on my droid and the icon I see is Orange on White yet in my theme editor it is White on Orange.
