Multiple answers - glitch or ?

I am unable to use multiple answers for quizzes.  It seems to be my issue as other staff are not reporting same error. 

I select and complete and all looks ok but when I save and go back to review before publishing it only allows a single answer.

 @kylieaxford , greetings! I'm sorry to hear about this issue! There are a number of things that could be going on with this. My recommendation is to contact Canvas Support to see if they can help. You can do this by clicking the Help link in Canvas and then either Reporting a Problem or choosing from another option (that might be available) for contacting support.

Double check that you used the "Multiple Answers" question type in stead of "Multiple Choice."

In Classic Quizzes, the question type selection looks like this:

There is no distinction in the Answers section between multiple choice and multiple answers except that you can mark more than one response as correct with Multiple Answers and you can only mark as correct with multiple choice.

In New Quizzes, the question type selection looks like this (the arrows are mine):

When you select multiple choice, the phrase "Multiple Choice" appears next to the question number and the answers have circles to select the correct response.

When you select multiple answers, the phrase "Multiple Answer" appears next to the question number and the answers have squares to select the correct responses.
