It's usually the case that you would sign up for courses at your school's student registration department. We here in the Canvas Community wouldn't be able to help with any kind of registration because we do not have access to your school's SIS (Student Information System) or your school's Canvas environment. Then, assuming that your school's SIS is tied to Canvas, you would have access to your course(s) in Canvas. Good luck to you!
