Newer face

How do I update to the Newer face of the Dashboard, Global Navigation, and Sidebar? I see the newer one in videos, but haven't found how to change mine to the newer face.

What do you mean by "Newer face"?  What are you seeing on your Canvas Dashboard compared to what you have included in your screenshot attached to this question?  Can you please provide some additional details for Community members so that we might be able to help you?
