Office 365 External Tool

I really like the Office 365 External Tool option in Canvas, but my students on Macs are not able to use it... Any suggestion I can give them?  When they open the assignment, the External tool does not show up for them.

Hello there, @AHSTodd ...

Do you know if your students are using an up-to-date web browser (such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) when trying to access your O365 assignment?  Also, your students might want to try and clear their browser cache/history:
