Outcomes have disappeared

I recently imported a batch of new Outcomes for a new unit.  After doing that, I now notice that all but one of the Outcomes from a previous unit have disappeared.  These Outcomes had been used/associated with various assessments and had been appearing in the Learning Mastery gradebook.  Now, the older Outcomes are no longer showing in Learning Mastery gradebook.  Instead, the students' levels of mastery on these older Outcomes are still there but they're now listed under the headings of the newer Outcomes that I recently uploaded.  Any thoughts on what is happening here?  If I re-upload those older Outcomes will they re-align with the assessments I have already graded and show up in the Learning Mastery gradebook?
