How to record as a group presentation and upload to canvas studio?

Unfortunately, I am not aware of how to record a group presentation using Canvas Studio.  I do know that Studio lets you record your own presentations using either just your webcam or a combination of your webcam and screen captures.  However, Studio is not like video conferencing software (e.g. Zoom) where you can all be in a virtual "meeting room", pull up a PowerPoint presentation, and then record all of you giving the presentation as a group.  You'd probably need to use a different solution (a free Zoom account may or may not work) to record all of you together for your presentation...and then you could download that presentation.  Then, you would upload it to Canvas Studio...if that was your requirement.
