Quiz not allowing module to progress

Module question: Quiz requires 15/20 to open next section. Students have 15 or more points, but the next activity won't open. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Hello, are the quiz grades viewable to the students and not hidden or set to "manually post"?  I had this issue when I was trying to hide the scores.
