[ARCHIVED] Resubmit Notifications

I am not getting notifications through email when my students resubmit an assignment. How can I get those notifications?

Hello  @paula_nunning ...

In your "Notifications" screen, do you have notifications enabled for your e-mail address in the "All Submissions" row?  If you hover your mouse over the words "All Submissions", you will see a pop-up dialog box indicating that it is for submissions and resubmissions.  Check out this Guide for more information: How do I set my Canvas notification preferences as an instructor?

Thank you, Chris! Yes, I have "All Submissions" checked, and I have it enabled to "Notify Me Right Away." Yes, I see the dialogue box indicating "All submissions/resubmissions." I am wondering why I am not seeing my resubmissions. I manually check my CANVAS each day for any resubmissions.

Thanks for replying with that additional information.  It sounds like you have all of your notification settings set correctly.  I guess at this point, I would suggest that you reach out to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk to see if they can help investigate this further with you.  You can contact them by following the information in this Guide: How to contact Canvas Support.
