Hi all,
I am new to being our Institutions Canvas Admin and I am trying to find out how to retain learner work once they have left the institution. We want to remove their account but still have access to their work for governance procedures. Is there a way to take a snapshot of Canvas that can be recovered if we need the work or a way or archiving this work while removing the learner.
Apologies if there is an obvious answer to this but I can't find anything when I search.
