[ARCHIVED] Speed Grader Error Code: error occurred updating this assignment

When using SpeedGrader, everything thing works fine until I get to the last grade to submit and then it will not let me submit the grade. I get a red box on the top of my browser that says, "Error occurred updating this assignment." I have tried going to the grade book and updating it there, still same error code and the system will NOT let me submit the grade. My students are wondering why I haven't graded their assignments. I cannot even leave a comment to let them know what is going on because, again, SAME ERROR CODE. I even restarted my computer, nothing is working. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you get it fixed?

Me again, I even tried putting in the grades through the app on my phone and it gives me an error message, "an unexpected error occurred"
