I have a student who says she is locked out of Canvas? How can I get her back in? They access their Canvas accounts through VPortal.

Hi,  @jmvarnum  Welcome to the Canvas Community! It appears that VPortal is an authentication layer your school uses through which students access Canvas, and if the student is locked out because of an issue with VPortal credentials, she will need to troubleshoot with the district directly.
