Hello,
I have a student that got the error message "AADTS50105" about two weeks ago.
She was using Pulse to sign in. I advised her to log in directly on Canvas. She couldn't get in. I removed her then sent her a new course invitation. She says she has not received any of my new course invitations in her inbox, they show pending on my end. She says that she does not get the link when she requests to change her password either. I tried to add her with a Log in ID but was rejected because her email is unconfirmed.
How can I help her get back in?
I am using Free for Teacher btw. Thank you!
