Students use the App to take a quiz, it does not give them a score

Hi,
I couldn't find the solution or anyone posted about this issue. Students use the App to take a quiz (Practice Quiz) and it does not give them a score or recorded it in Grade Book. But it works when students did it on regular browsers.
