[ARCHIVED] Submission Pledge?

I have a student that is trying to submit an assignment, but each time he submits, a popup appears that asks him to sign a submission pledge. He can't agree to the pledge, or find where the pledge is coming from. I have no idea either? I guess that it might be coming from a plagiarism service that is integrated into Canvas? 

He can't submit the assignment through Canvas until he agrees to this pledge. Any ideas on where to find it, or what I can do to remove the pledge requirement?
