If you would like to contact Canvas Support directly, you'll find instructions in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
Before you do, double-check to make sure that your lack of access to Canvas is not due to an out-of-date browser. You'll find the list of supported browser versions in Which browsers does Canvas support?
