[ARCHIVED] Text-to-Speech for Canvas exams with Respondus Lockdown Browser

This is a question regarding students with a reading disability who have the accommodation to have tests read out loud. Professors are requiring Respondus Lock Down browser.  The students don't need a screen reader which labels every function on the screen, but do need a text-to-speech program to read just the text from the exam which is on Canvas. They have tried Natural Reader and it disappears as soon as Respondus comes up.  Students with a Mac are trying VoiceOver.  What works best with Canvas exams going through Respondus?
