Trouble opening the app on my iPhone

I downloaded the Canvas app on my iPhone but I am unable to open it despite having a correct username and password. I can access it in my laptop but not on my iPhone.What seems to be the reason? Thank you!

Hi Renato -

Sometimes, double-checking the institution or school's name will fix it. However, there's an even easier way to get logged in now. How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as a student?‌ Using the QR code will automatically sign you in to the Canvas Student app after you're signed in to your account through a browser.
