Hi. I am trying to create a account with turnitin but is having trouble with it. The website is asking for a class enrollment key but I am a PhD candidate and quite unsure what it is. Could you provide some suggestion to my situation?

If so, please ask the instructor or facilitator for the course for information about how to authenticate into Turnitin, as that will vary according to the setup used by the institution and the instructor themself. The quickest way to do that is to send the instructor a direct message through the Inbox, as detailed in How do I send a message to a user in a course in Conversations as a student?‌
