Unable to Import Selected Files

All,

I've tried to import selected files from a previous course without success (see attached image). Any Advice? The selected files are under 2.0 GB.

Hi Nathan,

Make sure that your course quota is big enough to handle the cartridges.  By default Canvas course quotas are somewhat smaller than 2Gb, but that's something that can be set by your school.

There's a little bit of information about import file sizes at the top of the article athttps://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12783-415241324  The article is about Canvas import files rather than cartridges, but many of the issues are similar.
