[ARCHIVED] Using the grade from an assignment from one Canvas course as a graded assignment in another course

Is it possible to set up an assignment in my course that is also being used in a different course at the same time?

We have an academic integrity tutorial that includes a graded quiz at the end. I'd like to include those grades in my course which is completely separate. Is this possible?

Hello there, @nfurlow ...

Unfortunately, this is not possible.  Assignments are tied to the course that they are located in...and also tied to the course's Gradebook.  Assignments cannot be linked from one course to another in the way that you are describing.  Sorry that I don't have better news for you, but I hope this has helped to answer your question.

Thanks.  That’s what I thought. My suggestion was to set up the assignment and have students submit a screenshot of their score. Just wanted to double check.
