Hello,
im not sure if I'm in the right place, but when I try to access my canvas through chrome I am able to get into my account but I don't have access to any files or assignments. I followed the directions below but to no avail. I need to know what to do next.
Hello,
Please try the following:
1. Log in to Canvas on a computer or mobile browser.
2. Go to Account >Settings > Approved Integrations. (All approved mobile devices should appear on the list at the bottom of the page).
3. Click on the trash can icon to delete authorization with "Canvas for iOS" as the app.
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app again.
5. Log in to the app again and authorize the mobile device.
Solved! Go to Solution.

@feliciaolivas31 Welcome to the Canvas Community! The steps you've listed are for troubleshooting issues with the Canvas Student app for iOS, but from your description, it sounds like you're trying to access your Canvas courses through a desktop browser—in which case here are some other steps you could try:
- Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
- Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? (Note that Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser, and if you're using IE11, you should have been automatically redirected to a page providing additional instructions.)
- Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS. If Chrome is giving you issues, switch to the latest version of Firefox.
If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
