[ARCHIVED] Why can't I change my profile picture?

I have been trying to change my profile picture for the better part of a month, but I can't. I've done all of the basic things other articles on here have said, but nothing is working. Please help.

Hi @EliBon -

If you're trying to change your profile picture within your institution's Canvas, there's a chance that your Canvas administrator has approved then locked it. You could reach out to them and ask for guidance. How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
