[ARCHIVED] Why can't I upload a video file into Canvas?

I am attempting to upload a video/audio lecture through the rich content editor, just as I have been for the few weeks, but suddenly, I keep getting the following message:

Media comment uploading has not been set up properly. Please contact your administrator.

Any thoughts?
