Why can't I watch recordings through Canvas app on ipad?
I have been trying to watch recordings on my ipad, but although it always suggests they are buffering, they never get successfully loaded on the 'module' section. How can I fix it?
I'm sorry that your question has been unanswered for so long. Since August, there have been a few updates to iOS and to Canvas Student. Have you updated both on your device lately? If so, do you still have issues with content buffering?
