Why doesn't canvas work on my mac?

I can access canvas with my mac, but it won't let me look at files or upload certain services such as Cisco WebX. There is no error message, but the page won't load. It just constantly shows as if there is nothing there.

 @klw748 , greetings! I'm not sure if you are a teacher or student. If you are the student, then do you have the correct program installed on your computer to open or run the files you are trying to access? If so, then I'd try contacting your Instructor and see if they have any suggestions. If you are the Instructor, then I'd contact Canvas Support (Help link in Canvas) and/or Tech Support at your school as well.
