[ARCHIVED] Why is Speed Grader all of a sudden only allowing me to download Word submissions with Adobe Acrobat Reader?

I am having trouble downloading assignments so I can save students' work in my desktop folders.  Until this week, if the work or projects were completed in Word, the downloads went smoothly.  However, this week, every time I try to download, it is only giving me the option to open with Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Any suggestions on how I might fix this issue?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

It may be worth verifying with students that they are in fact saving their files as word documents before uploading them.

Thank you. I figured out if I download from the column on the right, it opens Word. When I opened from the option above their assignment, it always went to Adobe.
