Why is my Canvas Dashboard not loading?

Hello, I am using Canvas for school, and my dashboard does not seem to load at all. I have reloaded my page and restarted my laptop but nothing seems to be working. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hi Anika,

Have you tried using a different web browser on that computer?  The most recent versions of Chrome and Firefox are typically the best browsers to use.  If it's working in one browser but not another, it's possible that you have an extension or add-in added to your browser which could be causing problems.  For instance, if you have a browser extension installed that is designed to block or hid advertisements; it's possible that it's also blocking the course tiles on your Canvas dashboard.

If you clear the cookies and site data on Firefox via the little lock icon next to the web URL it will show back up. Log in again and you can now see the dashboard!
