[ARCHIVED] Why is there an 'N/A' showing on the course in the app?

Student is enrolled in one course and has accepted the invitation. He can access with no problems but when looking at his app there is a big 'n/a' accross the course tile. what does this mean? how can i get rid of it?

Thanks for such a great question. Usually in that area you are speaking of, a grade shows. Usually a "N/A" means that the student hasn't submitted anything that has been graded. Sometimes you will see a lock there if the instructor has elected for the grade to not show.

Only the student can remove seeing the grade (or N/A) in the app.
