[ARCHIVED] With anonymous grading enabled, how can I fairly allocate submitted scripts to group of graders?

With anonymous grading enabled, it is only possible to see the total number of submissions (in 'To Do' list).

However, for a fair allocation of scripts to each team of graders, it is essential to differentiate the submitting students from the non-submitting ones. Gradebook allows download, by hides submission status, while SpeedGrader shows submission but does not seem to allow downloading of a list.

A list (CSV?) of anonymized submitting students would be ideal for the allocation of a fair number of scripts to each grader.

Is there a way to get this done?
