As a teacher having Immersive Reader only on pages does not help or make using canvas any easier. If there is a way to put it on assignments and quizzes that would be helpful.

I had a student submit their quiz instead of pausing it before they were finished. Is there a way to reassign the quiz to them with their answers included and avoid having them retake the entire quiz? 

Just a suggestion. Why not put the grades in the grade book when the student complete the assignment regardless if there is a due date or not. I only ask because I now have to post about 100 due dates 
