How can I give extra time, on an online quiz, to an ACCESS student?

This can be accomplished in the quiz settings page - you can allow extra time or extra attempts for an individual student.

I am giving the quiz to a section of students, all of whose names appear at once. I have one student who needs extra time. Do I need to remove that student's name from the student roster, and recreate the quiz, just for him? If I need to make a separate quiz just for him, do I have recreate the entire quiz, just for him? Can it be copied? Do I need to remove his name from the class list, if I am going to make a separate quiz for him?
